25 years ago, these were articulated as he first started coaching individuals to a better life through his ministry. He incorporates these values in his vision of working with individuals and business seeking abundant life.

The world is one that compartmentalizes and stereotypes individuals. We are constantly defined by our society. As a result we lose our identity.
Coaching is about creating that space of authenticity. YOU are welcome, accepted, and seen.
Nurture
Nurturing means providing the opportunity to grow, be strengthened and thrive. This is accomplished through your education and learning, being challenged, at times being held accountable to do what you said you'd do. Growth isn't always easy. But it is always rewarding.
Share
Generosity is what we are charged to do as humans. Share what you have, take care of others. As a coaching community, you are provided the opportunity to share your skills, experiences, thoughts learnings with each other while at the same time, you will receive from others. True growth happens in the interaction of working with like minded folks.
Celebrate
There is so much good in our lives and businesses. We need to stop and feel good about it. Celebration is about getting those much deserved "pats on the back." Celebration again only works in community. It is the whole being happy with your success, supporting you and encouraging all to do more,
